Make time
A friendly approach to finding focus and energy in your daily life

Make Time, a book by the guys behind the Google Design Sprint, affirmed a lot of the things I had been trying out on my own. The tools and techniques described in the book had me nodding in appreciation as I could easily start applying them to my daily routine.

If a few methods are already working for you, complement it with some ideas suggested by the authors. I’m a big fan of the Pomodoro technique and now I use my new Time Timer to make it more visual. It adds a sense of urgency when I’m working on something important. I had already weeded out a lot of apps that were attention leeches but I love how the book suggests decluttering the phone screen.

If you’ve been struggling with finding focus and organising your daily life, I gladly recommend this book!
